FIRST FLOOR BRICKS COMPLETED

I don't want to jinx it, but we're pretty happy with the timeline so far. Everything seems to be running smoothly as far as expected timeframes go. 

Like i mentioned in my last post, we don't get to visit mid week anymore like we were able to in summer. It suits us better because we have a week of excitement build up which makes saturday mornings exciting in our household! As we expected, Progress Payment #4 hit our inbox on Friday afternoon just before 5pm.

It's hard to see the bricks in its full glory with scaffolding still up and unwashed. Looking forward to the next 2 or 3 weeks when we expect scaffolding to come down and bricks acid washed! Also anticipating the render in the front facade (portico area, around the garage and pillars).
