This week's visit was a little quick as we had a busy day ahead. We actually dropped by on Saturday morning but there were tradies on site so we couldn't have a proper look. When we went on Sunday, the cladding was finished - just as our SS had promised.
Progress seems to be slow but steady. The pillars which will be rendered were now concreted and SS said that our renderer is the same guy doing the rendering for the new display homes in Elara Estate. So i guess he is toggling between jobs. SS did say the rendering should be completed this week. We're really looking forward to seeing our external choices come together. It was hard to take a picture of the cemented pillars because the scaffolding was on the way! Hoping that scaffolding comes down soon so we can get a clearer picture of our front facade. So far, we have only been able to take side view pics.
Another glimpse at the brickwork and i'm really digging our brick choice! Our neighbours around us all have different bricks which is good to see - our bricks are charcoal grey with a blue under tone. It's a subtle blue. It makes our bricks look dark grey which was the look we were trying to achieve.
