GROUND FLOOR BRICKS & SCAFFOLDING

During Summer, we were able to visit the land at least once during the week, usually midweek (Wednesdays). But now that it's Autumn, the sun is setting earlier which means by the time we would have got to site, it would be way too dark to see anything. So when the weekend comes around, we have had a week of excitement leading up to Saturday morning when we make our way down!

This week, our ground floor bricks were done and scaffolding was put up. It looks great and pretty happy with brickwork so far... whether it's your first time to build or second, you are always going to pray that you get awesome tradies and brick work is where I prayed extra hard! I've read on the online forums that sometimes you can get "bad luck" with bad brick work so I was really anxious about it. I trust Wisdom with quality of their tradies, but it really comes down to the tradies your SS books too.

 

I'm really happy our brickwork looks neat and tidy. Can only hope the rest of the brick work is of same consistency and quality. Scaffolding also went up yesterday and surprised to see tradies on site on Saturday morning putting them up!
