The Newpark Design Guidelines outlined below have been produced by the Design Review Panel (DRP) to help create a well-designed, high quality streetscape at Newpark and to protect your investment in your new home.
The DRP will review all proposed designs within Newpark for compliance. Land owners, Builders and Designers must submit their house designs along with their landscape plans for review and approval by the Newpark DRP prior to lodgement with the Council or a Private Certifier for approval.
